We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender for our People’s Place in the heart of Piazza Oberdan, in the centre of MILAN.
MISSION
As a Bartender you will be in charge of the bar’s organization ensuring to keep the service up to standards taking care of the clients.
ACTIVITIES
- Checking wet stocks
- Creating new cocktails and suggesting seasonal cocktails list
- Ensuring the drinks’ stock is monitored and always up to date
- Guaranteeing the bar organization and cleanliness
- Bringing in best in class clients’ experience though professionalism and passion for the job.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience
- Excellent Knowledge of advanced mixologist technique and cocktails’ preparation
- High customer Service skills
- Good understanding of beers, spirits and wines ’s varieties
- Availability of working on shifts (day, night, weekends)
- Fluent in English and Italian
